Located in the center of Downtown Northville's historic shopping and arts district, Solid Grounds CoffeeHouse brews Northville's best coffee and features the fastest, most reliable Internet access found anywhere in the downtown area. We offer a smoke-free, clean, and comfortable environment.

Solid Grounds uses local Michigan vendors for all its products. Coffee Express in Plymouth roasts our coffee and espresso beans, so you get the true magical flavor of every bean. Truly amazing. We also have a great selection of Ono loose leaf organic teas from Novi. Our specialty non-coffee drinks are Masala Chai and Mexican Hot Chocolate. Enjoy a cup while working at one of our tables, or just snuggle up on one of our comfy couches or chairs.
 
We carry Authentic Mexican products from Honey Bee La Colmena in Mexicantown. Come get the best tortilla chips, fresh salsa, and guacamole in town! Our light menu consists of made to order wraps, sandwiches, tostadas, soft tacos, tamales, samosas, appetizers, salads, and soups. Try one of our yummy Organic desserts baked just for us from The Biscotti Bar in Plymouth or a freshly baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookie.   

Open Mic Nite is every Tuesday starting at 6 p.m.. Everyone is welcome to perform (no profanity) or just listen to our local talent. Musicians from all over the country perform at our place in between their tours. Check out our myspace or facebook for event listings. Local artists display their work on our red wall for all to enjoy or purchase. Every First Friday of the month, we participate in the downtown Northville Art Walk from 6 pm - 9 pm. Comedy Night with Jeff VanCamp will be hosted here every Friday beginning July 2nd at 8 p.m..
